These rare programs are from the 1991 and 1994 Thalains Ball, the charity Debbie co-founded in 1955. These were given to the celebrities that made contributions to the charity each year at their ball. These two honoring Whoopi Goldberg and Liza Minnelli belonged to Debbie and will come with two additional surprise 8x10s of Debbie from her collection. It will come with a digital COA from Todd stating this from Debbie’s collection.
