This clown doll was from Debbie's personal collection and is designed to sit on a shelf. This design was likely taken from Judy Garland's "Couple of Swells" number she did dressed in a similar clown "poor mans" ensemble. Which Debbie later recreated with Rip Taylor in her Las Vegas act. The doll is in vintage condition. You will receive a COA with it from Todd Fisher stating it is from her collection.
