This plaque was given to Debbie in 1995 at the "Music Italian Food Festival" for her contribution to their charity, the "Help Them Walk Again Foundation," for being a constant source of inspiration and entertainment to their patients. Along with this you will receive a COA from Todd Fisher on behalf of the Debbie Reynolds Estate.
