Friday, May 1 (5:00-9:00pm):

  • Upon your arrival at the house, you’ll be able to meet everyone, take photos, receive a gift bag, and receive a preview museum tour

  • Poolside champagne reception with appetizers/sliders, snacks, beer/wine

  • Mentalism/Mind Reading Show by Catherine Hickland

  • Question and Answer with Todd and Cat

 

Saturday, May 2 (2:00-8pm):

  • (Optional Experience)- 9:00am- Meet at the Sphere for The Wizard of Oz Experience (see information below for more details on this optional add-on).  Transportation to the Sphere via Uber or taxi will be your responsibility, so leave plenty of time to get from your hotel to the Sphere.  Following the Wizard of Oz, you can carpool to Cat and Todd’s residence for the rest of the day’s activities.  For those not attending the Sphere, the day will begin at 2pm.

  • A late lunch will be ready for everyone following the Sphere experience at the house

  • Rotating group tours (led by Todd, Cat, and Seth) will show you the Debbie Reynolds Archives and Photo Wall, the Hollywood Museum (in greater detail), Debbie’s room and living area, Cat Cosmetics, the “Cat and Todd Live” theatre, and the various legacy projects that are in different stages of completion.

  • Take photos in Debbie’s sitting room or in the “Cat and Todd Live” theatre and with Debbie’s Oscar!

  • Under the Stars Poolside Dinner Party

Sunday, May 2 (10:00 am-2:00pm):

  • (Optional Activity)  Because of Todd and Cat first meeting at The Hiding Place, we thought it would be nice to offer an optional Sunday Service led by Henry Cutrona.  If you are interested in starting the day sooner, please plan to arrive at the house by 9:15 am in preparation for a 9:30am Sunday Service.  If you prefer to sleep in and relax that morning, plan to arrive at the house by 10:00am.   

  • Once everyone arrives by 10am, we will all enjoy brunch together

  • Todd will have some new items from the Studio Store available for you to have the first-chance to purchase!

  • Enjoy a movie screening with popcorn and snacks followed by a post-movie Q&A with Todd and Cat.

  • Goodbyes, more pictures, and departures

 

Event Cost:

  • $850 for all three days of the weekend events including:

    • All activities at the house

    • Appetizers/champagne/beer and wine on Friday

    • Lunch and Dinner on Saturday

    • Brunch on Sunday

    • Gift bag

Not included:

* The Wizard of Oz Experience 

* Transportation from your hotel to Cat and Todd’s home on all days

* Transportation to and from The Sphere (if you are participating)


  • Once you have paid for your deposit, you will be added to a private Facebook group for all attendees.  There, you can find people to share a room with, carpool with to the house for events, or see Las Vegas outside of the weekend events.

  • Please note a $200 deposit is required to secure your spot (which you would be paying for today).  If you must cancel, you will receive the deposit back if you cancel before March 15.  Note that any tickets you purchase for the Sphere will NOT be refundable. 


Payment #1- $200 deposit due at time of sign up

Payment #2- $300 invoice link will be sent to you via email around February 15.

Payment #3- $350 invoice link will be sent to you via email around March 15.

 

The Wizard of Oz Experience (an optional add-on). 

Todd is working directly with the Sphere to secure a suite for our party as well as a block of seats that are less-expensive, in case there are guests who want to budget accordingly.  Once he secures the pricing for these experiences, we will share them with attendees, and they may opt for the suite experience, for the regular seating, or for opting out.  A separate payment link will be provided for this experience, and these tickets will be non-refundable.  Suite tickets will be sold at a first-come, first served basis.
